C - Count Your Blessings

I know it sounds incredibly cliche, but when you focus on all the good things happening around you, it really does change your perspective of things. I'm not suggesting you wear rose tinted glasses, but if you stop and literally 'count' your blessings, you'll find you have more to be grateful for than you think.

2 Corinthians 12:10 - For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

A - Acknowledge

Acknowledge that you are not indispensable.  Sometimes it feels like you are the only one capable or willing to do specific tasks, but often that is because no-one else has had the opportunity to have-a-go.  When you take a step back, you may be surprised by who comes out of the woodwork.
